The fundamental focus of Cosm.o is to provide private solutions to customers by developing a coor- dinated and
continuous relationship. Starting from the initial customer request, the R&D department deals with the ad hoc formulation

of the product and, through technicians and the internal salon, with performance testing. Complete assistance is also
provided both in the regulatory and documentary field and in the graphics and choice of packaging.

The company’s aim is to ensure coordination and supervision of all activities up to the delivery of the finished product

and any after-sales assistance and customer care. In the last few years this approach to the work allowed the company
to create long-term partnerships with Italian customers and also companies worldwide, for the development and the

production of new commercial lines.
