of, or what are the main characteristics that make

Italian and for the foreign market?
FR: The market of reference and the final consumer are
increasingly demanding and informed.
The market asks us for an increasingly professional
approach linked to results and performances and
Dermatrophine has a team of professionals who draw
on the competences of Canova every day to offer
effective and immediate results and safety. We share
the Research & Development laboratories with Canova,
the brand leader of functional dermal cosmetics; this
is why our products have a very high functional and

EXPORT MAGAZINE: Can we define Dermatrophine
a long-established brand on the panorama of
Italian cosmetics? When was it taken over by
Sifarma?
FRANCISCA ROllA: Definitely! Dermatrophine
was founded in Montegrotto Terme in 1996 by a
pharmaceutical company; subsequently bought
by Sifarma in 1999, it brings with it values of high
standards of quality, reliability and safety.
Sifarma has treasured the expertise and know-
how acquired with the Canova brand, owned by the
company, to develop a concept of live that could offer
solutions at dermatological level for the final consumer.
