tHE NEW MAVIVE HEAD OFFICE
A garden of roses and a park with olfactory routes which will extend
over the three hectare bought by Mavive next to its long-established
head office in Via Altinia. The project, called Island of Fragrances,
reflects the attention to sustainability and the historical tradition of
the company. The new HQ meets the need for international growth
of the company and has been designed according to criteria aimed
at developing the environment, well-being, creativity of work and
staff. The complex will house the research and cosmetic and perfumery formulation laboratories,
spaces for product development, quality control, areas for virtual activities, recreational areas
and areas for formation. There is also be an area for the Historical Archive of the Vidal family
open to visitors. The building will be inserted in greenery covering three hectares with a park
characterized by botanic species which are used in perfumery and which will also have a didactic
route open for visits by the public and schools. The cultivations will include the famous, rare and
precious Moceniga Rose, originally imported to France from ancient China and then cultivated
in Venice, characterized by a slightly nuanced silk rose colour and with a delightful, fruity and
feminine scent. The existing head office remains for logistics and is located in a strategic area
near Venice, only five minutes from the airport and connected to the motorway and railway.
