“Extreme vitality of the sector”
Silvio Levi, co-founder of Esxence and founder
of Essencial, which supervised and coordinated,
together with Equipe organizers, panels and lectures,
commented, “I am pleased that this 14th edition
of Esxence has confirmed the extreme vitality of
the sector at international level. I was particularly
pleased that there was a clear recognition of our
role as important players in the beauty supply
chain. Furthermore, our workshops were very
well attended and addressed topics of extreme
relevance for the development of the sector, not
only from a business point of view but also in terms
of knowledge, creativity and a better understanding
of the value f olfactory communication.”
CFF Creative Flavours & Fragrances participated
with its own experiential workshop called Le Jardin
Secret, to explore olfactory accords and unique
raw materials. An interesting exhibition was also
presented, The Perfume of the cinema@Esxence
2024, curated by the Accademia del Profumo, where
the similarity between perfume and cinema was
represented.

Dress Code? Your Beauty was the slogan for this fourth edition of Experience Lab, held from 6t

to 9 March at Allianz MiCo, Milano Convention centre, simultaneously with Esxence. The slogan
th
was a powerful and inclusive message, with the aim of celebrating beauty in its most authentic and
peculiar forms. Beauty was understood here not only as aesthetic, but as a real lifestyle, an inner
balance which appears in everything that surrounds us. Fifty-four brands took part (19 more than
last year) in Experience Lab, reflecting the growth and excitement in research cosmetics represented
by independent brands which stand out for their
innovation, creativity, originality and extreme care in the
choice of raw materials. Many international exhibitors
joined the Italian brands showcasing their latest new
products. Experience Lab is conceived as a space where
innovations on the international scene can be discovered.
Companies have the possibility of showcasing their
concepts aimed at creating direct commercial relations,
thanks to the strong and continuous evolution of the
cosmetics industry, which year after year aims to meet
and anticipate the needs of consumers.
